Let‘s be honest. We‘re all spending a lot of time sharing trivial things. And it‘s fun, sure, but…does any of it really matter? Does anyone (including us!) really care? We forget it all by the next day and start all over again.What if we spent more time saving meaningful things? Stories, memories, laughs, people. The kinds of things that connect us to those we love and care about. The kinds of things we don‘t want to ever forget.We think that sounds kind of nice.That’s why we made Tally.Tally is an app that saves sounds, especially the voices of the people you care about. Prompt someone with a question or photo, and they’ll record a response in their own voice. That’s it.Except that’s not it. Because sound is special—different from visual media. A sound can transport us to a different time and place, and a voice can bring us close to a person even when we‘re apart. Voices capture what people are like. They save a bit of who they are.Tally lets you collect and organize these bits, and keep them safe and sound.
